TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Agreement represents the binding terms of the VeeTee service provided by Agacy Tech Company Ltd (“Agacy Inc”, “VeeTee” “we”, “us” or “our”, including its parents, subsidiaries, or other affiliated companies). The contents of this Agreement are binding and are not subject to any varying terms or conditions unless provided by Agacy subsequently, upon notice to the User.
In this Agreement, “the User” or “you” refers to the party that accepts this Agreement.
By accepting this Agreement, you are deemed to be a merchant and agree to be bound by this Agreement and as may be amended from time to time and posted on our website. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, do not access VeeTee.
In addition, the User’s use of VeeTee shall be subject to any applicable card scheme rule, applicable regulatory guidelines, or any other rules/provision communicated by Agacy from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VeeTee, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Description of Services
VeeTee, powered by Agacy Inc, provides a platform for various value-added services, including but not limited to instant recharge of airtime, data bundles, cable TV, electricity bill payments, and more.
User Account
You may be required to create a user account to access certain features of VeeTee. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Service Availability
VeeTee services are provided "as is" and "as available." Agacy Inc does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, and services may be subject to disruptions or outages.
Payment and Transactions
Users agree to make payments for services through approved payment methods. Agacy Inc reserves the right to modify pricing and payment terms. All transactions are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Transaction Limits
Agacy reserves the right to impose transaction limits for transactions that are passed through VeeTee for any reason upon notice to the User.
Service Fees and Charges
You agree to pay Agacy Inc ("Agacy" or "we") for the service. Our charges will be calculated as demonstrated on the Success Page on app website and can be reviewed on the same page. The charges on our app Sucess Page are integral to and form part of this Agreement.
Our fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax and all applicable taxes and duties, which shall be borne by the User.
Agacy Inc reserves the right to revise such fees and any charges from time to time upon notice to the User.
Agacy Inc shall deduct all fees and charges from all transactions that have been initiated via VeeTee before remitting to the User/beneficiary.
All payments required to be made by the User to Agacy Inc in respect of the service shall be payable without any deduction, claim, counterclaim, setoff, notice, or demand.
No fee nor charge incurred by the User under the service shall be refundable in the event of termination howsoever caused.
The User acknowledges that Agacy Inc may be subject to complying with instructions received from participating banks within the Agacy Inc network in respect of any transaction on/to the User’s settlement account and agrees that no liability shall be imputed to Agacy Inc for acting on any such instruction.
If for any reason whatever, a bank where the User’s reserved account is domiciled, ceases to belong to the Agacy Inc network, the User shall within 14 working days upon receipt of written notice thereof from Agacy Inc, be provided an account for the purpose of the transactions with any of the other participating banks.
Privacy Policy
VeeTee is committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using VeeTee, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on VeeTee are the property of Agacy Inc or its licensors. Users are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any content without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
Agacy Inc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of VeeTee.
Termination of Services
Agacy Inc reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any user at its discretion, with or without notice.
VeeTee VIRTUAL US DOLLAR CARD, POWERED BY AGACY INC
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by VeeTee, herein referred to as "the Company."
By accessing or using any services provided by VeeTee, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Services Offered
Dollar card for foreign transactions
Electricity bills payment
Cable subscription payment
Dollar Card Service
Users must undergo a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before receiving the Dollar card.
KYC verification includes providing name, address, BVN (Bank Verification Number), and ID information.
Users will be charged for every deposit made to the Dollar card.
Domestic deposits are free of charge, while cross-border debit transactions incur fees.
The Dollar card will be revoked if declined three times consecutively.
Users can request to freeze their Dollar card.
Usage Charges
Users may incur charges for certain services provided by VeeTee.
Charges will be clearly communicated to the user before completing a transaction.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and ensuring the security of their transactions.
Users must not engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities while using VeeTee services.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the KYC verification process
Disclaimer of Warranty
VeeTee provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of its services
User Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold VeeTee harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to their use of the services.

VeeTee reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions for any updates or changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
